Dr. Nariman Behravesh is Chief Economist and Executive Managing Director for Global Insight. Shawn G. Peter M. Gioia is economist for the Connecticut Business and Industry Association , the state's largest business organization. Ernest Goss is currently the Jack MacAllister Chair in Regional Economics at Creighton University. Dr. Keith Hall is currently a Professor of Practice at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.  He just completed his four year term as the Director of the Congressional Budget Office, where he oversaw all of the agency’s nonpartisan, independent economic and budgetary analysis for thousands of congressional legislative proposals and hundreds of analytical reports. During his time at CBO, Hall led the agency in significantly increasing its transparency, including making more data and models public and placing a greater emphasis on assessing the accuracy of its projections. A public servant for more than 25 years, Hall has served in multiple additional leadership roles in the federal government, including as the thirteenth Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Chief Economist for the Council of Economic Advisers under President George W. Bush, and as the Chief Economist and Director of Economics at the International Trade Commission. Previously he was a senior research fellow at George Mason University’s Mercatus Center and an assistant professor at the University of Arkansas. Dr. LaVaughn M. Henry, CBE, is a Policy Analyst in the Banking and Regulatory Policy Section at the FDIC.  In this role, he assists in the interpretation, analysis, proposal, and drafting of policy guidelines, existing and proposed statutes and regulations, and studies, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, FDIC rules and regulations, the National Bank Act, and other relevant depository institution law.  Prior this role, from 2009 through 2016, he served as Vice President and Senior Regional Officer for the Cincinnati Branch Office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.  As the leader of the branch, Dr. Henry was responsible for building and maintaining a strong presence and reputation for the Federal Reserve throughout the central and southern Ohio and eastern Kentucky region.
