Each year, the NABE Transfer Pricing Symposium gathers leading professionals from business, government, and consulting firms to discuss and debate the most relevant economics topics in the field of transfer pricing. The NABE TPS uniquely focuses on the economics of transfer pricing and the latest technical thinking in this area.
The Symposium planning committee includes Karen Kirwan, CBE, of the Internal Revenue Service, Donna McComber of EY, Michael McDonald of EY, Bill Morgan of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Philippe Penelle of Kroll, and Perry Urken of Economics Partners, LLC.

If seeking CPE, CLE or other continuing education credits, you can request a Certificate of Completion from NABE by email before July 31. Certificates of Completion can be used to apply for continuing education credits with other certifying bodies.
Individuals who have earned the Certified Business Economist® (CBE) Certification are required to earn 30 continuing education credit hours every two years. The NABE Transfer Pricing Symposium qualifies for continuing education credit hours. Please track your hours separately to be reported to NABE at the time of your renewal. CBEs are encouraged to track their credit hours on the CBE Continuing Education Form, which can be downloaded from www.NABE.com/CBE.
Health/Safety Guidelines
Effective November 29, 2022, NABE will no longer require proof of vaccination status to attend a NABE in-person meeting or event. Mask-wearing at NABE meetings and events is optional.
Instead, NABE expects attendees to take responsibility themselves for following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on measures to reduce infection from COVID-19 and to protect against severe complications. NABE encourages all attendees to follow the CDC’s recommendation that everyone over age 12 receive the updated bivalent vaccine as soon as they are eligible to do so (e.g., 2 months past their last shot). All attendees are asked to take an at-home COVID-19 rapid antigen test before traveling to any NABE meeting and should not attend if they test positive or have symptoms of COVID-19. NABE will also have COVID tests available onsite. NABE will not be requiring proof of these measures, but calls on the NABE community to act responsibly and with consideration for the health and safety of others.
